Community Services Insurance Program is a multi-line commercial insurance program designed for non-profit and social service agencies of all kinds. 

Lines of coverage include Workers’ Compensation, Auto Liability including Physical Damage, General and Professional Liability including Sexual Abuse and Misconduct, Property, Crime, Cyber, and Umbrella Liability. All insurance products are issued by licensed or eligible insurers.

CSIP offers specialty coverages designed specifically for non-profit organizations at a competitive price. Services include specialty claims and loss control support.

CSIP is available to most community-based organizations, including non-profits and social service organizations, and some for-profit community service organizations.

CSIP is available in most states.

FIT is a separate insurance program offered by NPIS, limited to Florida-based organizations, while CSIP is available in most states.

FIT is a self-insurance trust. CSIP is a multi-line, standard market insurance product supported by A.M. Best “A”-rated carriers and reinsurers. 

FIT eligibility contains certain governmental funding requirements and is also supported by A.M. Best “A”-rated carriers and reinsurers.

This option is not available through this program. The insurance program is designed for real estate agents, and you must hold an active real estate license to purchase the optional Appraiser endorsement under our program.
